The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and attentive.
During our stay, the lack of air conditioning in the room made it uncomfortable, especially at night. we found the bar/terrace menus restrictive as we had to choose from only one menu as a couple, which felt limiting. The pool area was not prepared, as the umbrellas were heavy and difficult to open, which detracted from our enjoyment by the pool.

Amazing views and staff!
Such a chill spot! The staff were super helpful and friendly. Loved the breakfast, especially the fresh juices. The bar menu was also solid. The only bummer was the room got warm at night without aircon. Seriously, get a sea view room. watching the sunset was just magical!

The entrance area felt welcoming with a lovely ambiance created by the water feature and diverse furniture. my room lacked air conditioning, making it uncomfortable during warmer nights. The limited menu options at the pool area were a bit disappointing. Although the pool area was calm, I found it inconvenient that the umbrellas weren't opened up beforehand. Room service could improve as well. food temperature was inconsistent during my stay. I appreciated the tranquil atmosphere and the helpful staff, but a few tweaks would enhance the overall experience.
